When will my item ship?

Our items are handmade to order or created in small batches. The production time required to prepare an order for shipping varies from 3 - 8 business days. Custom or large orders may require 2 - 3 weeks. We will send a confirmation email with tracking after your order has been shipped. 

Do you offer exchanges?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

I'd like to return this item for a refund.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Can I return a personalized or customized item?

Unless they arrive to you damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for custom or personalized orders.

Do you have a storefront?

We operate out of our home-based workshop and don't have a storefront. Since we make all items to order, online works much better for us.
